Deviations within the tolerance range are not a reason for a complaint and do not automatically entitle you to a return. At the customer's request, we can of course put together or have calibrated stones cut to the size you require for an additional charge. We will be happy to provide you with prices and delivery times upon request!
   Color deviations: Colors in our photos are always non-binding. If possible or as long as stocks last, we will deliver your ordered items or order items from the warehouse currently stored in our company at the time of ordering. Color deviations or tolerances +/- already mentioned above are no reason for complaint and do not automatically entitle you to return the item. If you wish, we can have stones put together in your desired color for an additional charge. We will be happy to provide you with prices and delivery times upon request!
