Weights per piece and dimensions noted in the description are subject to approximate information only (+/- 5-10% depending on item, size, finish, precious metal, non-precious metal or other material as well as shape, design or production method). The item weights in our shop are rounded to a maximum of two decimal places due to software restrictions. Chains by meter are untreated machine made chains. This means they are without any galvanic treatment. Upon request and additional cost we can offer different galvanic treatments.

   Dimensional deviations: Unless expressly stated otherwise, tolerances of approx. +/- 0.3mm must be expected for the stones delivered. Deviations within the tolerance range are not a reason for a complaint and do not automatically entitle you to a return. At the customer's request, we can of course put together or have calibrated stones cut to the size you require for an additional charge. We will be happy to provide you with prices and delivery times upon request!
   Color deviations: Colors in our photos are always non-binding. If possible or as long as stocks last, we will deliver your ordered items or order items from the warehouse currently stored in our company at the time of ordering. Color deviations or tolerances +/- already mentioned above are no reason for complaint and do not automatically entitle you to return the item. If you wish, we can have stones put together in your desired color for an additional charge. We will be happy to provide you with prices and delivery times upon request!
